Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 19, 2026

This page is written in plain, descriptive language. It is not a substitute for legal advice — please have a lawyer review it before relying on it.

Nature of the site

"Meir Ben Hur Chandeliers" is a display catalog for antique and vintage lighting and decor items. The siteis not an online store — there is no shopping cart, no online payment, and no direct purchase through the website. Every sale is finalized personally, by phone call, WhatsApp message, or a visit to our shop at the Jaffa Flea Market.

Item availability and pricing

These are secondhand, antique, and vintage items — each piece is unique, and stock is inherently limited. An item shown as available on the site may already have sold before the page was updated (sales also happen in the physical shop, not only through the website), so final availability and price are confirmed only in direct conversation. Items marked "sold" remain in the catalog to showcase past work and are not for sale.

Condition of items

Antique and vintage items are sold as-is, usually after cleaning or partial restoration in our workshop. Signs of wear, age, or repair consistent with an antique item's history are an integral part of its character and value, and do not constitute a hidden defect. Material, dimensions, and condition, where known, are noted on each item's page.

Copyright and content

All images, text, and design on this site belong to the business owners or were created for them, unless stated otherwise. Copying, distributing, or commercially using this site's content without prior written permission is not permitted.

Limitation of liability

Information on this site is presented in good faith and to the best of our knowledge, but inaccuracies may occur (for example, regarding an item's availability or details). Displaying an item on the site does not constitute a commitment to sell it, or to any particular price or availability.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district have exclusive jurisdiction.
